Rooms and rates

Double room:
Our smallest room type (18-24 m²) perfect for short stays or for single occupancy.

Our smaller, air-conditioned double rooms (double bed 160-180 cm), seating area and desk, as well as a simple bathroom with shower. Located throughout the house, either in the upper part of the art nouveau villa, mostly with a view of the city, but only accessible via stairs, some with sloping ceilings. Or in the lower area with wooden floor & floor-to-ceiling windows and shorter distance to the wellness area, without distant view.

For families, rooms with connecting doors are available in this category.

During the season and on weekends we reserve the right to single occupancy our double rooms. We will make an individual offer.

Double room plus:
The more spacious version of the double room (26-40 m²) perfect for longer stays if the balcony is not necessary.

The more spacious version of the double room (double bed 180-200 cm ). Air-conditioned, cozy sitting area with reading chair and desk. Bathroom with shower, depending on availability with bathtub and/or double sink. Partly in the upper area of ​​the old Art Nouveau villa, only accessible via stairs. City view cannot be guaranteed.

Can be booked as a family room for up to 4 people, subject to availability.

Dogs are allowed  in this room type upon agreement.

During the season and on weekends we reserve the right to single occupancy our double rooms. We will make an individual offer.

Balcony room:
Comfortable color nuances, elegant textiles & details in the room and bathroom (20-29 m²)

Our air-conditioned double rooms with balcony/roof terrace, city view or view of the ‘greenery’ have a harmonious, warm atmosphere thanks to the color design & natural wood, comfortable reading chairs and separate writing corner, as well as shower bathrooms, some with additional bathtub/double sink. Mostly located close to the wellness area. A tea maker is available in the room.

All rooms are pet-free and most have wooden flooring.

During the season and on weekends we reserve the right to single occupancy our double rooms. We will make an individual offer.

Patio room: from very small to very large (18-55 m²)

Bright, modern design, floor-to-ceiling windows, ground floor outdoor terrace in the luscious patio garden with its own sun loungers and evening sun, air conditioning, very small bathroom with shower or large bathroom with walk-in shower and bath tub, double sink, depending on the size of the room. A tea and coffee maker is available in the room. Only accessible via stairs.

This room type is pet-free and has wooden flooring.

During the season and on weekends we reserve the right to single occupancy our double rooms. We will make an individual offer.

Relax double room:
Double rooms (29-35 m²) located in the “Adults only” area (16+)

Cozy interior in natural wood, air-conditioned, with spacious (partly covered) balcony facing the sauna garden, double bed 180 cm, cozy sitting area with reading chair and desk. Bathroom with large rain shower. Tea/coffee maker is available. Short distances via staircase or lift to the Relax swimming pool and sauna area.

This room category is also pet-free and usually half or all of it has wooden flooring.

During the season and on weekends we reserve the right to single occupancy our double rooms. We will make an individual offer.

Relax holiday room:
Double rooms (40-45 m²) located in the “Adults only” area (16+)

The more spacious version of the Relax double room, more space in the room and closet, air-conditioned, double bed 200cm, with large balcony (partly covered) facing the sauna garden and ‘into the green’, living area with a sofa, reading chair and desk. Spacious bathroom with rain shower, bathtub and double sink. An ironing station and tea/coffee maker are available. Short distances via staircase or lift to the Relax swimming pool and sauna area.

The rooms are pet-free and half of the living area has wooden flooring.

During the season and on weekends we reserve the right to single occupancy our double rooms. We will make an individual offer.

On the day of arrival, our rooms are available from 3.00 pm and should be vacated for cleaning by noon on the day of departure. We are glad to store your luggage for early arrivals or late departures. Depending on availability and by prior agreement, we would like to offer a late check-out until 5.00 pm for € 70.

We ask for your understanding that we are unfortunately unable to confirm a reservation for specific rooms or floors, but we will try our best to reserve your preferred room for you. Bookings for short stays (1 night) cannot be bindingly set in the room price category and are often only allocated on the day of arrival depending on availability. Some seasonal dates require a minimum stay.

A limited number of free parking spaces is available in front of the hotel or in front of the „Hügelchen“ in a distance of 50m. These cannot be guaranteed. We are happy to reserve your personal parking space for you in our hotel underground car park with direct access to the hotel building. The numbered parking space will be allocated to you upon arrival and automatically recorded at €12 per night for the duration of your stay. We charge a flat rate of €20 per night for an underground parking space with included charging (up to 22 kW, Type 2 charging cable) for your electric car. A reservation in advance is necessary.

Please note that our „Relax“ area, including the outdoor area with roof terrace, infinity swimming pool, sauna and sauna garden, is reserved exclusively for adult guests (16+). The indoor pool is also available to our youngest guests from 6.00 am  to 10.00 pm.

For families we offer family rooms or double rooms with connecting doors depending on availability.
