For the comfort of our guests, our rooms are equipped with

All prices are per room & night and include your “holiday feel-good package” (including the applicable VAT)

• Our rich cold and warm breakfast buffet with regional products
• “Early Morning” coffee and tea from 6:00 am in the indoor pool & from 8:00 am at the outdoor pool
• WiFi, various daily newspapers and current magazines
• Use of the indoor pool and the sauna area with a spacious garden area
• Use of the infinity outdoor swimming lanes with a panoramic sun terrace in the »relax adults only area»
• Basket with bathrobe, slippers & bath towels for the duration of your stay
• Brochures and recommendations for hiking or cycling trips
• Rental of hiking sticks, backpacks, bicycle helmets and umbrellas

• When planning please bear in mind that rooms are available to you from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and that you should vacate them for cleaning by 12.00pm on your day of departure. Depending on availability and by prior arrangement we are happy to offer you extended use of your room until 5.00pm at a charge of €60.00.
• Please be aware, that our “Relax” – area is an adult-only-Zone. All arriving families will be welcomed in the other areas of the hotel.
• We kindly request your understanding in that we are unfortunately unable to guarantee the reservation of specific rooms or floors. We do however make great effort to reserve your preferred room.
• In the evening our young, creative kitchen crew offers a modern a la carte choice. We recommend reserving a table in time. We would like to point out that the kitchen is closed on Sunday evenings, but we serve cakes during the afternoon. For the evening we recommend nice restaurants.
• Please note that a visitor’s tax of 3,5% of the room rate applies. It is not included in our prices.
• If you need to put off your journey to Trier due to unforeseen circumstances or if you even cannot arrive, a change or a cancellation is up to 7 days prior to arrival date free of charge. Group reservations (5 rooms or more) and reservations for Christmas, New Year’s Eve and holiday weekends can be cancelled or changed up to 30 days prior to arrival date free of charge. In case of short-termed cancellations, a late arrival or an early departure, we charge 80% of the room tariff if a replacement booking is not secured. In case of a no-show or a cancellation on the day of arrival, we will charge you 100% of the room tariff of the first night + 80 % of the room tariff of the following nights.
• On request we are happy to offer you hotel cancellation insurance (travel cancellation insurance).
• Your hotel bill can be paid with an electronic cash card, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa or in cash We would like to point out that we do not accept credit cards with seasonal special prices.

• For providing a baby bed for children up to 3 years we charge €15.00 per night.
• A limited number of parking at no charge is available right in front of the hotel or opposite in front of the “Hügelchen” apartment building. We ask for your understanding that we can not guarantee them. For your reserved underground parking space in our hotel garage with direct access to the hotel we charge € 12.00 per night.
• We bill €15.00 per night for your dog’s stay. Please note that food and cover are not supplied. We kindly request your understanding that dogs are only accepted by prior arrangement and with their own basket. They cannot be booked into all rooms and categories. Dogs are not allowed access to the breakfast rooms or the swimming pool/sauna area, aswell as the “Relax” – area.
